Do my friends need Bit?
A sound is sent as a playable iMessage attachment. Friends who have Bit can also save it into their own library.
Where do my sounds live?
On your iPhone and, when backup is available, in your private iCloud database. Ordinary user audio never reaches a Bit server.
What happens at 25 saved sounds?
Nothing is deleted and your existing library remains usable. On the free plan, you can remove a sound to save another or move to Bit+ for unlimited saves.
Can I pull audio from any video?
Choose a video you created or have permission to use. Bit extracts the audio on your device and does not keep the video in your library.
Is there an Android version?
Not today. Bit is built around Apple’s Messages extension, so the launch app is iPhone-only.
If I cancel Bit+, do I lose my sounds?
No. Your library stays on your device and remains playable and sendable. Premium limits apply when you next try to save or create beyond the free allowance.
