One Percent Studios LLC
Privacy Policy
Studio is a private workflow for storing finished creator videos, preparing social posts, and sending approved media to connected platforms.
The short version
Studio stores the videos and publishing information you put into the service so it can prepare and deliver posts at your direction. It does not sell personal information, serve advertising, or currently use product analytics or cross-site tracking.
TikTok receives a video only after an authorized Studio member approves the exact draft and separately starts the transfer. The current TikTok integration sends the video to the creator’s TikTok inbox; the creator finishes editing and decides whether to publish it inside TikTok.
Who we are
Studio is operated by One Percent Studios LLC, a California limited liability company. For privacy questions or data requests, email privacy@onepercentstudios.net.
Information Studio handles
Identity and workspace access
OpenAI Sites supplies the ChatGPT account identifier, email address, and, when available, display name used to authenticate you. Studio stores the identity mapping, workspace membership, and role needed to authorize each request.
Creator content and publishing instructions
Studio stores information you provide or create, including:
- uploaded videos and their file metadata;
- post titles, campaigns, captions, hashtags, covers, and platform settings;
- proposed publication dates, times, and time zones;
- approval records, revision hashes, activity history, and delivery status; and
- client, workspace, and connected social-account labels.
Connected TikTok account information
If you connect TikTok, Studio receives the account’s TikTok identifier and display name, the scopes you granted, and access and refresh tokens. Tokens are encrypted before they are stored and are never returned to the browser. Studio also stores provider request identifiers and status information needed to track a draft transfer.
Technical information
Vercel hosts this public Studio website and its legal pages. Vercel may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, and diagnostic logs to deliver and secure these pages. The public website does not send this information to the authenticated Studio product.
OpenAI Sites, Cloudflare infrastructure, and connected social platforms may process ordinary request information when you use the authenticated Studio product. Studio sets a short-lived, secure cookie to protect the TikTok connection flow from request forgery.
How information is used
- authenticate members and enforce workspace permissions;
- store, preview, organize, and version creator media;
- prepare posts and preserve exact human approvals;
- connect, refresh, and disconnect authorized social accounts;
- transfer an approved video and retrieve its delivery status;
- prevent duplicate transfers, investigate failures, and protect the service; and
- comply with legal obligations and respond to valid requests.
When information is shared
Studio shares information only as needed to operate the service or at your direction:
- Vercel hosts the public product and legal pages and processes ordinary request and delivery-log data for those pages. It does not host Studio workspace content or connected-account credentials.
- OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure process authentication, application requests, structured records, and stored media.
- TikTok receives connected-account authorization data and, when you start a handoff, the approved video through a temporary signed URL. Captions, privacy choices, interaction settings, and final publication are not sent by the current draft-handoff flow.
- Authorities or other parties may receive information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and service integrity.
Studio does not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Security and limited media access
Studio restricts workspace data through server-side membership checks. TikTok credentials are encrypted at rest. Videos remain private except when an authorized member requests delivery: Studio then creates a signed link bound to the exact approved file and publish attempt. The link expires after approximately 65 minutes and stops serving the file when the transfer is no longer active.
No service can guarantee perfect security. Protect your ChatGPT and TikTok accounts and contact us if you believe Studio has been accessed without authorization.
Retention and deletion
Studio retains workspace identities, media, drafts, approvals, audit history, and delivery records while the workspace is active or as needed to provide and secure the service. Studio does not yet offer self-service workspace deletion or an automated retention schedule. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing privacy@onepercentstudios.net. We may retain limited records when required by law or needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement.
Disconnecting TikTok revokes the provider authorization when possible and removes the stored credential from active use. Content already delivered to TikTok is governed by your TikTok account and TikTok’s policies.
Your choices and rights
You can choose whether to connect TikTok and whether to initiate each video transfer. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us from the email associated with your Studio access so we can verify the request.
Children
Studio is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly authorize them to use the service. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information to Studio.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as Studio changes. We will change the effective date and version above when we do. Questions, complaints, and rights requests may be sent to privacy@onepercentstudios.net. Product support is available at support@onepercentstudios.net.
