Terms of Use

1. What Studio is

Studio is a private workflow operated by One Percent Studios LLC for storing finished creator videos, preparing platform-specific drafts, recording human approvals, and transferring approved media to connected social platforms. Studio is currently a beta service and does not promise unattended or guaranteed publication.

By using Studio, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Authorized access

You may use Studio only if you are at least 13, are legally able to agree to these Terms, and have been authorized for the relevant workspace. You are responsible for your ChatGPT account, connected social accounts, and all activity performed through your access. Do not share access or attempt to enter another workspace.

3. Your content

You keep your ownership rights in videos, captions, images, and other material you provide. You grant One Percent Studios LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, display, format, and transmit that content only as needed to operate Studio and carry out actions you authorize. This license ends when the content is deleted and no longer needed for legitimate operational or legal purposes.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to:

• upload and process the content in Studio;
• use any music, trademarks, likenesses, voices, or other protected material;
• record and publish each person shown or heard where consent is required; and
• publish the content through each connected account and selected platform.

4. Human approval and TikTok handoff

Studio records approval of a specific content revision and requires a separate action to begin a TikTok transfer. The current integration sends only the approved video to the connected creator’s TikTok inbox. You must review the result, choose caption and audience settings, make any required disclosures, and decide whether to publish inside TikTok.

You remain responsible for the final post and for complying with TikTok’s terms, community guidelines, music rules, advertising policies, and other requirements. Studio is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Studio to:

• upload, prepare, or publish content you do not have permission to use;
• violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights;
• create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or exploitative content;
• circumvent approvals, platform controls, access restrictions, or rate limits;
• probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse Studio or its providers; or
• use another person’s identity, workspace, or social account without authority.

6. Third-party services

The public Studio website and legal pages are hosted by Vercel. The authenticated Studio product relies on services operated by OpenAI, Cloudflare, TikTok, and potentially other providers you choose to connect. Their own terms and policies apply to their services. We do not control their availability, review decisions, content moderation, account restrictions, or changes to their APIs.

7. Beta service and changes

Studio may change, suspend, fail, or lose compatibility with a provider. Keep independent copies of important media and verify every provider result. We may limit or suspend access to protect Studio, comply with law, address provider requirements, or respond to a violation of these Terms.

8. No warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or successful delivery or publication.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Percent Studios LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost content, revenue, opportunity, reputation, or account access arising from Studio. Our total liability for claims relating to Studio is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for Studio in the preceding 12 months or $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they apply only to the extent permitted.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify One Percent Studios LLC against claims arising from content you upload or publish, your connected accounts, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

12. Changes and contact
